Tracey Riley 

HR Consultant

Tracey Riley has extensive experience as a business leader that includes positions as Executive Director with P&L responsibilities for Accelerated Hiring Solutions, Vice President of Operations for Aegis Communications and as a Director for Centura Health. Tracey has accumulated more than 20 years experience in retained search, recruiting, succession planning and developing on-boarding strategies for companies such as WildBlue Communications and CoBank. Tracey is respected as a C title consultant and strategist in human resources, talent acquisition, and organization strategy. 

 Beginning her career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Tracey still focuses on reducing expenses and strategically improving bottom line metrics.  Her industry focus has included healthcare / biopharmaceutical, financial services and telecommunications. 

Tracey has assisted companies who have recently received a capital infusion and have a need to quickly hire employees as well as turn-around companies needing new talent and leadership. She understands firsthand the competitive advantage of hiring the necessary talent to successfully grow a company.

Tracey holds a BS in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas and a MBA with an emphasis in human resources from the University of Colorado-Denver. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado.
